DSR vs. DTI?
DTI counts mortgage principal+interest plus other loans' interest; DSR counts principal+interest on all loans against income. DSR is stricter.
How is the conversion rate used?
It converts a deposit into monthly rent: (deposit difference × rate) ÷ 12 = monthly rent.
